Job summary

Point Quest Group seeks a Behavioral Aide I-II in Fairfield to support K-12 students with special needs, implementing IEPs and BIPs, and providing one-on-one instructional support.

You'll work closely with teachers and clinical staff, applying ABA methods, monitoring progress, and maintaining data, with school hours, benefits, and a collaborative team focused on student growth and success. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and reliability in a school setting.
• Ability to follow behavior plans and structured routines.
• Experience with students in school or treatment settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIP for individual students.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support tailored to student needs.
• Apply ABA methodologies to support targeted behavior goals.
• Respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI intervention techniques.
• Monitor and supervise students during class, meals, and transportation.
• Record daily data on student behavior and progress.
• Communicate with teachers and supervisors regarding progress.
