The Stepping Stones Group seeks an American Sign Language Interpreter to join our Kent, WA team in a full-time role focused on empowering students through accessible communication. You will provide ASL interpretation in educational settings, ensuring linguistic access across K–12 programs, with supportive leadership and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• EIPA score 3.5+ for K–12 settings.
• RID certification (NIC, CDI, or equivalent).
• Experience with DHH individuals in WA programs.
• Knowledge of Deaf culture, accessibility laws, and trauma‑informed communication.
