Job summary

John Zink, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking Summer 2027 Project Management Engineer Interns in Tulsa, OK. You will support project management activities, coordinate across cross-functional teams, and help define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to align with customer and business needs.

The internship targets students enrolled in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering programs, with eligibility for full-time employment by Summer 2028 and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor's or higher degree program in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related STEM field.
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2028.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Support project management activities by assisting with planning, coordination, and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Participate in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure alignment with customer and business needs.
• Assist in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to help ensure on-time execution.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of project documentation and status reports.
• Engage proactively in team meetings and communications to foster transparency and alignment among project participants.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Enrolled in a bachelor's or higher degree program in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related STEM field.
• Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2028
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
