Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort is seeking a line cook for JWB Prime Steak & Seafood. You will prepare high-quality dishes featuring premium steaks, fresh seafood, and signature menu offerings in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

Work alongside experienced culinary professionals to refine cooking techniques, control portions, and ensure flavor, quality, and presentation meet our standards. Maintain a clean workstation and contribute to a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary arts education or relevant training is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
