FISHER MIDDLE-HIGH in Jean Lafitte, Louisiana is seeking a dedicated JV Wrestling head coach to develop, organize and lead the entire wrestling program, including student-athletes and coaching staff. The role requires adherence to LHSAA/JPPSS rules, scheduling, equipment management, and communication with parents, while ensuring safety and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in English, both written and oral.
• Demonstrated knowledge of LHSAA and JPPSS wrestling rules.
• Experience with school-based athletics administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the entire wrestling program and staff.
• Ensure compliance with LHSAA, JPPSS rules and safety standards.
• Schedule games, manage equipment and maintain records.
• Coordinate transportation and supervision for trips.
