Responsibilities

• Oversee the JV girls soccer program and implement the team philosophy and techniques.
• Coordinate practice plans, game strategy, and staff scheduling with the Athletic Director.
• Maintain discipline, monitor student grades and conduct, and ensure safety during practices and games.
• Manage equipment, transportation logistics, and budget guidelines for the season.
• Communicate with parents and stakeholders regarding schedules, policies, and athlete progress.
