Bluefield University in Bluefield, VA, invites applications for the role of Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach / Head JV Coach. This full-time position requires promoting a Christ-centered program, mentoring student-athletes, and managing JV development.

The ideal candidate will hold a B.S./B.A. in Business, Sports Management, or Exercise & Sports Science, have 2–4 years of coaching/teaching experience, and possess knowledge of NAIA regulations. Commitment to the University mission is essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum of a B.S./B.A. in Business, Sports Management or Exercise & Sports Science.
• 2–4 years or more coaching/teaching experience.
• Working knowledge of NAIA regulations.
• Ability to support the University’s Christian mission.

Responsabilidades

• Teach and coach women’s basketball, organize practice sessions, mentor student-athletes.
• Perform departmental administration tasks and ensure compliance with university policies.
• Develop and implement the Junior Varsity development program and schedule games.
• Prepare reports as required by the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics.
