Qualifications

• Coaching experience at high school or college level.
• CPR and First Aid training completed or enrolled.
• Virginia Teaching License preferred or full-time classified employee.

Responsibilities

• Operate a well‑structured program with the head athletic coach.
• Attend staff meetings prescribed by the head athletic coach.
• Carry out duties designated by the head athletic coach.
• Recommend equipment and supplies for the program.
• Recommend disciplinary actions regarding players.
• Foster sportsmanship and school pride among athletes.
• Perform other duties as requested by the principal or athletic director.
