SMS/JV Robotics Assistant at Sartell Middle School supports students in the FIRST Robotics program through strategy, design, build, and competition activities. The role involves guiding the team to achieve individual and team success while modeling socially acceptable behavior and self-discipline.
The coach will mentor student leaders, promote thoughtful work, and chaperone team trips to workshops and competitions, reporting to the Activities Director for objectives and evaluation.

At the sametime, the coach must instruct and demonstrate behaviors that lead to sociallyacceptable character development, self-discipline, self-confidence, and pride ofaccomplishment in the students.
