The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive coaching style, strong communication, and the ability to work after school (starting 3:30 PM). Experience coaching school or club teams is preferred, with a collaborative approach to player development and program growth.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching on a school or club team, and/or college/competitive high school soccer player experience.
• Positive, upbeat coaching style and love of working with children in this age group.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to resolve conflicts with colleagues, parents and students.
• Available after school starting at 3:30 PM for practices and games.
