Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of school-level sport coaching experience or college-level coaching experience.
• Ability to communicate with middle school students.
• Ability to teach skills and drills at the designated school level.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Must complete DOJ and FBI background checks, TB test, mandated reporter training, First Aid/CPR certificate, and related safety trainings.

Responsibilities

• Guide athletes and teach correct playing techniques.
• Form training plans and monitor performance and nutrition.
• Mentor students and supervise transitions to the next level.
