Job summary

Loudoun County Public Schools seeks a football assistant coach for Stone Bridge High School. The role runs in the fall, from August to November, and focuses on helping run a well-structured program and supporting the head coach and athletic department.

The ideal candidate will have coaching experience at high school or college level, CPR/First Aid training, and preferably a Virginia teaching license or classified LCPS employee status.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience or participation in the sport at high school or college level.
• CPR and First Aid training completed or enrolled in current training.
• Prefer experience as a teacher or LCPS employee.
• Prefer Virginia Teaching License candidate.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with head athletic coach to run a structured program.
• Coordinate with athletic department; attend staff meetings.
• Perform duties assigned by head athletic coach; recommend equipment.
• Support discipline and sportsmanship; promote school pride.
• Fulfill other duties from principal or athletic director.
