Qualifications

• Citizenship, residency or work visa required

Responsibilities

• Oversee the total sport program, K-12, with the assistance of the assistant coaches and provide guidance to all coaching staff
• Communicate with the Athletic Director
• Organize, plan, and coach all activities and practices
• Attend all required Athletic Department, DAC, and IHSAA meetings
• Keeps documentation for physicals, consent, rosters, awards, eligibility, emergency forms, and other information in the required time frame
• Complete the IHSAA/NFHS coach certification program
• Monitor academic performance and assist with college opportunities
• Lead fundraising for the sport program
• Be present at all practices and contests ensuring supervision and safety
• Manage equipment and uniforms, submit inventory updates after the season ends
• Follow all District, School, and Athletic Department policies and procedures
