Qualifications

• Prior high school varsity or junior varsity coaching experience.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• NFHS Certification required.
• Knowledge of NHIAA rules and guidelines.
• Strong instructional and leadership abilities; able to supervise student athletes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead as team captain for JV Boys Lacrosse, shaping culture and conduct.
• Establish philosophy, skills, and techniques to teach.
• Manage practices, games, and supervision to promote growth, teamwork, discipline, respect, and sportsmanship.
• Coordinate with athletic department on schedules, travel, and events.
• Ensure safety and proper equipment management.
• Maintain open communications with students, parents, and staff.
