Job summary

Clark-Pleasant Community School is seeking a candidate to assist in coordinating and supervising the JV Baseball team, promoting fitness and teamwork, and helping craft training and game programs. The role requires effective communication with the district and community and collaboration with booster clubs to support CPCSC Athletics.

Preferred candidates are experienced in baseball coaching and are licensed educators.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching baseball at the high school level.
• Licensed educator with strong role modeling abilities.
• Proven commitment to student-athlete development and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and supervision of the JV Baseball team
• Promote an appreciation of physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Assist in the design of a training program and game program
• Ensure that all athletic activities conform to applicable guidelines
• Communicate effectively with all members of the school district and community
• Work effectively with booster clubs and other community organizations
• React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned
• Support the value of an education
• Support the philosophy and vision of CPCSC Athletics
• Willing to participate in activities associated with the baseball program.
