The Transportation Officer is appointed by the Director of Court Services and Probation with the approval of the Chief Circuit Judge and has a Shift Supervisor or Acting Shift Supervisor as his/her immediate supervisor. At the discretion of the Director the appointee will serve a six-month probationary period.
