Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in career counseling or case management.
• High school diploma with at least four years of experience providing client-centered case management or counseling.

Responsabilidades

• Identify barriers to employment and develop solutions with clients for career readiness.
• Perform client-centered case management and career planning with needs assessments and individualized employment plans.
• Maintain up-to-date records of case management in SCWOS and assist with relevant ES programs.
• Meet with SC Corrections staff to plan schedules, technology, classrooms, and events.
• Manage virtual solutions for classes, workshops, and meetings.
• Collaborate with local areas and Area Directors on hiring and virtual events.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

High school diploma with 4+ years of experience in case management
