Job summary

HDR is seeking a Justice Principal in Tampa, FL to lead a growing Justice practice and drive design solutions that improve health and human outcomes. You will work with regional and national leaders to grow capabilities, win work, and deliver innovative justice facilities.

This role requires strong leadership, 15+ years of architecture experience, and a track record in managing large-scale projects. Travel, collaboration, and a commitment to HDR’s employee-owned culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and registration as a Architect.
• 15 years related experience and 7 years PM experience.
• Experience leading large-scale projects and teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; willing to travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).

Responsibilities

• Local/National Leadership and staffing growth.
• Collaborate with Global Justice Director to drive growth and practice development.
• Build and manage strong client relationships as a key client relationship manager.
• Oversee practice performance with local Managing Principals and regional offices.
• Lead RFQ/RFP analyses and development of proposal responses and qualifications packages.
• Lead interview strategies and client presentations and regional teamwork to win work.
