1-800-GOT-JUNK? in New York is hiring a Full Time Field Service Leader to supervise daily logistics, route planning, and crew management. You will lead drivers on client sites, ensure safe truck operations, and drive exceptional service delivery with strong leadership.

The role offers a competitive pay range ($20-$30 per hour) with base, profit share, and performance-based bonuses, plus full benefits and growth opportunities within a fast-paced franchise group.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Logistics, KPI’s, Sales, Dispatch, Fleet or Management.
• 21+ years of age and a valid driver's license.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in trucks when needed.
• Able to lift at least 75+ lbs repeatedly.

Position: Full Time Field Service Leader

Pay:$20-$30 pr/hr (includes hourly base and profit share)

As a Field Service Leadertraining in Operations, you will be trained at all levels to be fast tracked fromCustomer Experience LeadertoCertified Sales LeadertoSenior Sales Leaderr toOperations. Where you will oversee daily logistics, route planning, and scheduling to ensure excellent service delivery, and manage our team of drivers and crew members. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining our high standards and achieving business goals.

• Development:Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Requirements

• Able to lift at least75+ lbsrepeatedly!
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational software.
