College Hunks Hauling Junk is actively hiring Mover – Junk Remover to be the first point of contact for clients on the job. Earn $15–$20 per hour plus tips and performance-based bonuses in a fast-growing franchise network with strong brand recognition.

As a team member, you will be expected to deliver world-class customer service, maintain a professional appearance, and help educate clients about pricing and services while safely operating on-site and assisting with logistics and teamwork.

Formación

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds for extended periods.
• Hard worker who enjoys hands-on tasks.
• Customer service oriented and friendly.
• Must be drug and alcohol free.
• Must pass a federal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Be friendly and approachable with clients throughout the day.
• Present a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Educate clients about pricing and services.
• Safely operate equipment and perform duties.
• Complete daily truck inspections (tires, oil, equipment).
• Ensure truck has receipts, safety gear, and marketing material.
• Meet and exceed benchmarks.
• Make logistical decisions for disposal, donation, or recycling.
• Lead by example and uphold core company values.
• Train new hires on daily operations and standards.
• Complete daily checklists and safety protocols.
• Report issues to supervisor and seek guidance as needed.
