Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? in New Albany, IN is hiring Truck Team Members on a full-time or part-time basis. Join our physically fit team to drive shiny blue trucks, serve customers, and remove unwanted items from homes and properties with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Starting shifts are 8-10 hours, with 2 shifts per week and Saturday availability. Compensation ranges from $24-$31 per hour, including base pay, daily tips, and bonuses, with benefits like 401(k), health and dental insurance, and paid

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age (required for insurance)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Positive, friendly attitude and good written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ regularly
• No experience required; prior customer service, sales, labor, warehouse, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or driving experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes and properties in our blue trucks to remove unwanted items
• Complete service routes and dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donation, and waste facilities
• Provide exceptional customer experiences and maintain safety during operations

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is growing and looking for positive, physically fit people to join our Truck Team in New Albany, IN . Conveniently located on S 89th Street! We’re the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, known for our professional, friendly team members and clean, shiny blue trucks.

Truck Team Members - Sales, Customer Service, Driver & Labor

• Hiring Immediately for Full-time, Part-Time, Weekends (if necessary). We operate Mon-Sat. Must be available at least 2-shifts per week (shifts are 8-10hrs)

• Pay: $24-$31/hr (all-in with base pay, daily tips, and bonuses).

About the position:

• Each shift starts at our New Albany, INoffice where you’ll be matched up with your truck team and given your service routes for the day

• You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces

• You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities

About you:

• 18+ years of age (required for insurance purposes)
