Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Troy, MI is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for customers. This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you’ll work with a team to complete daily routes and keep trucks clean.

Expect 8–12 hour shifts with weekend availability. Compensation is $25–$29 per hour plus profit share and tips, and prior training is provided to get you up to speed in a fast-growing, energetic franchise.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Paid training provided.
• Schedule includes 8–12 hour shifts, weekend availability.
