1-800-GOT-JUNK? Baltimore in Cheltenham, MD is hiring crew members to partner with a teammate in a branded truck and travel to homes, apartments, and businesses across MD. Earn $24–$28 per hour including base pay, profit share, and tips, with paid training and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least three years.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Positive and energetic with good people skills.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a teammate in a branded truck.
• Travel to homes, apartments, and businesses across MD.
• Remove items safely using proper lifting practices.
• Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Communicate with dispatch to stay on schedule.
• Start shifts from remote locations when available.
