The Junkluggers of Queens & Long Island is hiring part-time drivers and crew members to join our Nassau County team. Earn $23-$28 per hour in total compensation, including daily tips and bonus opportunities.

We are an eco-friendly junk removal company serving Queens and Long Island, donating and recycling as much as possible while delivering outstanding customer service. We offer flexible shifts, a signing bonus, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid, clean driver's license where applicable.
• Be dependable, punctual and able to work in a team.
• Capable of lifting 75+ pounds repeatedly and staying active.

Responsabilités

• Work with a teammate to complete junk removal jobs.
• Lift, load, and transport furniture and household items safely.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every stop.
• Drive company trucks with training provided.
• Crew supports jobs on the truck and at customer locations.
• Help maintain trucks, equipment and a safe work environment.

Junk Removal Driver and Crew Member - Part Time

Earn $23-$28 per hour in total compensation, including daily tips and bonus opportunities.

We are hiring part-time drivers and crew members to join The Junkluggers of Nassau County. We are an eco-friendly junk removal company serving Queens and Long Island. We donate and recycle as much as possible from every haul while delivering outstanding customer service.

Schedule

• Flexible part-time shifts
• Weekend availability is strongly preferred
• Dedicated Friday-Sunday schedules are welcome
• Weekday shifts may also be available based on business needs

We are hiring full-time drivers and crew members to join The Junkluggers of Queens & Long Island. We are an eco-friendly junk removal company serving Queens and Long Island. We donate and recycle as much as possible from every haul while delivering outstanding customer service.

Compensation and perks

• Starting base pay: $17-$20 per hour
• Daily cash and credit card tips
• Monthly bonus opportunities after 3 months of training
• $500 driver sign-on bonus after driver approval and 3 months of driving; DOT card, required defensive-driving, or ticket costs may be deducted from the bonus
• Raise eligibility after 6 months of training

What you will do

• Help maintain trucks, equipment, and a safe work environment

What we are looking for

• Driver applicants must be age 23 or older with a valid, clean driver's license
• A driver's license is a plus for crew-member applicants but is not required for every crew position
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift
• Comfortable working outdoors and using mobile apps on the job
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; no prior junk removal experience is required
