Boys & Girls Club Of the Northern Plains in Milbank, SD is seeking a part-time Junior Youth Development Professional. The role focuses on implementing core youth-development elements and supervising youth in assigned program areas, while upholding Club policies and safety standards.
The position requires commitment to four days a week, working within school year and summer hours, and active participation in meetings; all to support a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for youth.
To inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens.
The Junior Youth Development Professional is responsible for implementing the 5 key elements of positive youth development in their daily interactions with youth. The Junior Staff will be responsible for the supervision of the youth and the program areas specifically assigned. All employees of the Boys & Girls Club will be expected to uphold the mission of the Club.
