Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of WordPress and/or Wix experience.

Responsibilities

• Create responsive, user-friendly webpages for desktop and mobile.
• Customize themes, templates, plugins, and page layouts.
• Build landing pages and marketing content with Operations and Marketing teams.
• Perform website updates, content changes, and ongoing maintenance.
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and security.
• Troubleshoot website issues, broken functionality, and plugin conflicts.
• Perform website backups, testing, and software updates.
• Integrate websites with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other platforms.
• Assist with web integrations involving HOA management platforms including Vantaca, Caliber, Frontsteps, and CINC Systems.
• Support online forms, customer portals, and lead generation initiatives.
• Manage domain registrations, DNS records, and SSL certificates.
• Respond to website support requests in a timely manner while meeting SLAs.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide project updates.
• Document website configurations, processes, and technical changes.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies, security best practices, and design trends.
