The role emphasizes collaboration in a fast-paced environment and delivering on brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, proficiency in web design software, and a portfolio of prior work demonstrating responsive design for desktop and mobile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Web/Graphic Design
• Proficient with design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch)
• Strong design principles (color theory, typography, layout)
• Experience creating responsive designs for desktop and mobile
• Portfolio of web design work required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers and developers to create website layouts and designs meeting client requirements
• Use design software to create graphics, icons, and layouts
• Ensure designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and brand-consistent
• Research current design trends to improve website designs
• Communicate with team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Participate in client meetings to present designs and gather feedback for revisions
• Stay updated with industry developments in web design techniques
