Qualifications

• 4-year degree in computer science, multimedia, graphic design or related discipline and 1–2 years in marketing/graphic content.
• Experience with web banners, UI design, and interactive marketing concepts.
• Ability to create and manipulate website designs using current coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support information and marketing promotions for Hampton University.
• Develop optimized cross-platform designs using CMS interfaces and tools.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to refine online user experience.
• Engage with UI development trends and emerging technologies.
• Familiar with Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite for design work.
• Partner with internal teams to translate interactive techniques into products.
• Develop prototypes to compare design concepts.
• Maintain and enhance enterprise tools like WordPress, SharePoint, and Canvas.
• Promote community awareness via electronic media and mobile apps.
• Serve as technical liaison across departments to ensure accurate representation online.
• Collaborate with Alumni, Staff, Faculty, Students, and Community.
• Handle other duties as needed.
