Job summary

NextSolutions in Los Angeles is seeking a Junior Web Designer to design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites. This entry-level role offers a chance to contribute to projects from concept to launch, collaborating with developers to ensure responsive functionality.

The ideal candidate has a degree or equivalent experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with HTML/CSS and the Adobe Creative Suite. Freshers are welcome; remote work is not available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing websites from concept to launch.
Collaborating with the development team to ensure functionality and responsiveness of websites.
Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new website projects.
Ensuring all designs are in line with brand guidelines.
Conducting user testing and making necessary adjustments based on feedback.
