Job summary

Carollo Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Staff Professional to contribute to the Infrastructure Master Planning group. The role emphasizes water and wastewater system planning, hydraulic modeling, and client-facing growth toward project management within five years.

An EIT is required with at least two years of related experience. Strong communication and GIS/tool proficiency are valued. The position offers a path to leadership, collaboration with industry leaders, and exposure to diverse projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from an accredited program.
EIT Certification or within 6 months of hire.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Perform engineering work in water and wastewater treatment and conveyance infrastructure.
Create computer models for water and wastewater systems.
Perform hydraulic calculations and interpret water distribution system hydraulic evaluations.
Perform water and wastewater impact studies using hydraulic models.
Perform water and wastewater model calibration.
Assist on water, wastewater, and stormwater engineering planning and design projects.
Prepare technical memoranda and assist in writing master plan reports.
