Milwaukee Valve Corporation is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Junior to perform core outbound distribution tasks. The role involves matching products to pick slips, pulling items, and preparing shipments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The position requires basic math, ability to read English, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for lift trucks, overhead crane, and data entry, with opportunities for growth and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in daily tasks.
• Ability to meet productivity standards and maintain quality.
• Adherence to safety and security procedures; report unsafe conditions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and match product numbers from pick slips with cartons in location.
• Pull product from location in a timely manner (2.25 minutes per line item).
• Learn to operate overhead crane to pull large valves safely.
• Weight, wrap and route LTL freight; verify products from pick slip to pallet.
• Ship small parcel shipments and stock domestic products accurately.
• Use company lift trucks safely and enter/retrieve data from the computer system.
