Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from the Senior Visual Designer and marketing team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Visual Designer and marketing team to develop visual concepts and designs for our online training courses, website, and marketing materials.
• Create high-quality visual content including graphics, illustrations, and animations.
• Ensure all visual content is consistent with our brand guidelines and effectively communicates our message.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to continuously improve the visual appeal of our materials.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
• Assist with other design tasks as needed.
