• Shape the unboxing moment for Surprise buyers with screenshots and selections
• Choreograph photo shoots in Surprise from shot list to retouched selects
• Stay current with Written Communication and User Research to expand the toolkit
• Recast dry compliance copy into engaging, human-readable text
