Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of UX, UI, or product design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma with components, auto layout, and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals: user flows, IA, interaction design, and visual design.
• Familiarity with design systems and reusable components.
• Strong attention to detail in layout, typography, spacing, and visual consistency.
• Ability to take feedback, iterate on designs, and explain decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; eager to learn.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Support UX design for complex software applications balancing user needs, goals, and tech requirements.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Maintain and expand a unified design system across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in components, patterns, and interactions.
• Work alongside a Senior UX Designer to explore design solutions, refine user workflows, and improve existing experiences.
• Translate product requirements and user feedback into clear, intuitive interface designs.
• Assist with user research and usability testing to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to ensure designs are understood and implemented accurately.
• Apply established UX principles, accessibility standards, and design best practices throughout the design process.
• Help document design decisions, component specifications, and interaction behaviors.
• Participate in design reviews, share ideas, and incorporate feedback to improve solutions.
• Contribute to improving team workflows, design documentation, and overall design consistency.
