INSPYR Solutions in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Junior Treasury Analyst to support daily cash management and banking activities. This entry-level role is ideal for someone starting a Treasury, Accounting, or Finance career who enjoys working with numbers and time-sensitive transactions.

You will collaborate with Accounting and other teams to ensure cash activity is accurate, properly recorded, and completed on schedule, using Kyriba and Yardi as part of daily treasury tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1+ year of experience in Treasury, cash management, Accounting, banking, or related Finance function.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, ACH payments, and wire transfers preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile a high volume of bank accounts and research discrepancies.
• Assist with daily cash positioning and account balancing.
• Process ACH payments, wire transfers, and check activity.
• Monitor cash balances and identify shortages or variances.
• Verify lockbox and deposit activity.
• Maintain loan payment schedules and support processing.
