You will monitor cash positions, assist with forecasting, reconciliations, and reporting, collaborating with Finance and Project teams to ensure timely funding and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, or related field, or six months from graduation.
• 0–2 years in accounting, finance, treasury, banking, or financial analysis.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, sorting, filtering, and PivotTables.
• Analytical and organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication; eager to learn treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances across bank accounts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash position reports.
• Track cash receipts, wires, ACH, and other banking activity.
• Process and coordinate bank transfers under supervision.
• Support funding for payroll, vendors, and project expenses.
• Assist in cash forecasting and project funding schedules.
• Record and reconcile cash activity; support audit requests.
