The role focuses on designing tools and fixtures for manufacturing, collaborating with engineers, machinists and production staff to improve efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design and hands-on experience with tool design and manufacturing processes.

• Proven experience in tool design and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design Development: Create detailed designs and specifications for tools, dies, molds, and fixtures.
• Prototype and Testing: Develop prototypes and conduct tests to validate design functionality and performance.
• Collaboration: Work with engineers, machinists, and production staff to understand tool requirements.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects with timely completion and budgets.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for design improvements and cost reductions.
