Duties:
  • Collaborate with senior litigators to develop effective litigation strategies for defending employment-related actions
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and other correspondence
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of employment records and case details
  • Represent clients in court and before administrative agencies
  • Participate in depositions, conferences, hearings, and trials
  • Work closely with employment experts to support cases

Requirements:
