Job summary

WestFit Clubs in Westford, MA, is seeking an energetic Tennis Coach to join our U12 Junior Development team. You will coach players aged 6-12, delivering structured, age-appropriate sessions and monitoring progress within the Red/Orange/Green Ball framework.

The role emphasizes fun, safety, and professional communication with families, with opportunities to expand hours and take on more responsibility as the program grows. Complimentary fitness center membership is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young juniors.
• Teaching certification preferred (USPTA, PTR, GPTCA).
• USTA Safe Play required or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coach group classes for players ages 6-12 using USTA Red/Orange/Green progression
• Deliver fun, structured, high-quality sessions
• Communicate professionally with parents and staff
• Assist with evaluations
• Support camps and seasonal programs
• Maintain a positive learning environment
• Supervise all on-court activities and ensure adherence to facility rules and safety procedures.
• Enforce club policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for all members and staff.
