Parts Town is hiring an entry-level Junior Inside Service Technician in Addison, IL. You will communicate with end users and field technicians to create cases, reference service information, and document warranty details for cold-side units.

The Job at a Glance

As a Jr. Inside Service Technician (A.K.A. a Jr. Tech Wizard), you’ll communicate directly with end users and field technicians to create cases, supply warranty information (specifically for cold-side units), and reference service companies on warranty and non-warranty foodservice equipment. In this entry-level role, you’ll learn how troubleshoot common equipment issues, how to properly document cases, and how to provide top-notch customer service! Internal training and exposure to real-world technical issues will help you grow into a Inside Service Technician.

The hourly range for this role is ($43,995.26 - $59,373.23 annually / $21.15 - $28.54 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
