Job summary

Felina Lingerie, a family-owned apparel company in the Los Angeles area, seeks a Pre Production Coordinator to support our Pre Production Department. You will measure and review factory samples, write comments, and maintain organized lines of communication with overseas factories.

You will update garment specifications, manage Tech Packs in Excel, and ensure accurate grading rules and construction callouts.

Qualifications

• Experience measuring, reviewing factory samples, and writing comments.
• Proficient in communicating with overseas factories.
• Experience maintaining tracking reports.
• Ability to update Tech Packs in Excel; understand grading rules and construct callouts.
• Maintain PP and TOP room organized.
• Knowledge in fit, measuring, and garment construction.
• Excellent computer skills with strong Excel proficiency.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Must have sense of urgency and multitask responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Measuring, reviewing factory samples, and writing comments.
