Job summary

Savills North America is seeking a Junior Technical Business Analyst to support the Global Occupier Services technology team. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, support delivery, and coordinate work between clients, product stakeholders, and the development team.

As you gain experience, you will participate in client meetings, workshops, and deployment activities, with growing responsibility in requirements sessions and solution discussions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in business analysis or software delivery.
• Experience gathering requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum practices and software delivery lifecycles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Figma.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the current Analysts with delivery activities across Knowledge Cubed projects and coordinate meetings.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist backlog refinement, story organization, sprint planning, and release readiness in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with the 13-person development team to align business needs with engineering execution.
• Support API, integrations, data flows, authentication, and platform services discussions and docs.
• Assist with upgrades, AI/mobility work, and future product integration planning.
• Support UAT, defect tracking, release docs, and client communications across teams.
• Participate in client discovery, workshops, and deployment meetings with the team.
• Build toward independent client-facing ownership under guidance.
