Job summary

EisnerAmper, a leading accounting and advisory firm, is seeking entry-level Tax professionals for Summer/Fall 2026. The role provides hybrid work with in-office requirements and opportunities to develop tax skills across various projects.

You will prepare basic to intermediate tax returns, onboard new returns, and support tax projects while collaborating with a team of professionals in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting.
• 0-2 years public accounting experience.
• Hybrid work with in-office requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Graduation window: December 2025 through September 2026.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Great communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare basic and intermediate level tax returns.
• Onboard new returns.
• Assist with various tasks to prepare for upcoming tax season.
• Update returns for simple investor comments.
• Conduct basic Tax Research and Correspondence.
• Provide support on special tax projects and initiatives.
• Organize and save PBC Documents to Caseware.
• Roll forward prior year files.
• Prepare tax credit calculations.
• Assist with administrative tasks (engagement letters, sending drafts, preparing trackers).
