Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks a quality-focused professional to drive supplier quality and production quality initiatives. You will monitor performance, collaborate with suppliers to ensure adherence to Capgemini's quality requirements, and participate in PQP element determinations with supplier approval and execution.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in quality/manufacturing, strong data management and project management skills, and a proven ability to lead and influence complex tasks with sound

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in quality, manufacturing or supplier quality in a manufacturing environment.
• Data management and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Performance monitoring and supplier improvements; track for QMS activities (SCARs, ISO/Product certificates, DPPMS/Defects, SCRs, SCNs).
• Work with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Participate in Part quality plan (PQP) elements (FAI, capability study, FMEA, control plan, Gage R&R) with supplier approval and execution.

Your role

• - Performance monitoring, supplier improvements, Track and execution for QMS activities such as SCARs, ISO /Product certificates, DPPMS/Defects for production area, SCRs, SCNs and other repetitive activities.
• - Work with suppliers to ensure compliance with GE Healthcare’s Quality requirements
• - Participate in Part quality plan (PQP) element determination (FAI, capability study, FMEA, control plan, Gage RR), approval & execution with supplier

Your profile

• - 1-3 years of professional experience in quality, manufacturing, product quality, supplier quality, supplier development or engineering experience in manufacturing environment
• - Data management/Excel

• - High level of judgment

Nice to have:

• - Experience in EMS manufacturing process focused in SMT, PWAs assembly, electronic HLA assembly is a plus
• - Experience in mechanical is a plus
