Job summary

Echo Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking an individual contributor in Villalba, PR to advance supplier quality for new technologies and therapies. You will manage supplier quality from design through post-market activities, ensuring GMP compliance and high-quality parts and services.

The role involves mentoring, project delivery from design to implementation, and collaboration with engineering and post-market teams to drive product quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of GMPs manufacturing is preferred.
• Validation of equipment and process is preferred.
• Risk analysis experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services.
• Qualifies suppliers and administers supplier programs to ensure GMP and quality.
• Monitors parts through the manufacturing cycle and resolves supplier issues.
• Develops and prioritizes an auditing schedule for GMP and quality compliance.
• Evaluates supplier functions and provides performance feedback.
• Provides Pre-Market Quality Engineering support in NPD and supplier teams.
• Delivers QA guidance for supplier quality across the NPD lifecycle.
• Collaborates on Product Acceptance Sampling Strategy and supplier coordination.
• Defines receiving inspection requirements and validation for internal test methods.
