Job Description Junior Sunflower Functional Analyst Position Description CGI is seeking a junior functional resource to support general operations and maintenance support for the asset management system at a government agency. The resource will be a member of the functional team and assist the organization through activities including end user support and training, general help desk operations, yearly asset inventory support, problem identification and troubleshooting, release management, as is and to be process definition, detailed design creation for existing and future business process, process re engineering, data conversion, and testing. They should have an understanding and demonstrated knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process. Knowledge of federal asset management best practices, processes and procedures, and the Sunflower Asset Management or similar (e.g., Maximo) would be preferred. This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
