Mesa Associates, Inc. seeks a Substation P&C Engineer to design and check deliverables for high voltage substations in a hybrid (home/office) setup in Knoxville, TN. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing One Line Diagrams, Relay Panel Front Views, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and cable schedules, under the guidance of a P&C Group Lead.

The ideal candidate holds a ABET-accredited B.E. in Electrical Engineering, strong communication skills, and is eager to learn and apply Autodesk tools to

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET Accredited) required.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication required.
• Entry-level (0-3 years experience) preferred or acceptable.

Mansioni

• Complete design and/or checking of deliverables for a high voltage substation (One Line Diagrams, Control House layouts, Relay Panel Front Views, wiring and schematic diagrams, Bills of Materials, cable schedules).
• Work under P&C Group Lead/P&C Engineering Supervisor.
• Utilize AutoCAD Electrical (ACADE) based protection and control standards.
• Prepare deliverables and project documents with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ensure deliverables comply with IEEE and client standards and design requirements.
