Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and validate finite element models using FEA tools (NASTRAN, ANSYS, Abaqus).
• Perform linear, nonlinear, buckling, and modal analyses.
• Evaluate joint, fastener, bolted, bonded, and lug strength.
• Conduct fatigue and damage tolerance analyses and crack growth evaluations.
• Collaborate with design, loads, materials, and manufacturing teams.
• Support structural testing through pre- and post-test analyses.
• Prepare stress reports, analysis summaries, and certification documentation.
• Document assumptions, methods, results, and conclusions clearly.
