Semperis is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Staff Accountant to join our finance team in Addison, TX. The role reports to the Assistant Controller and supports journal entries, AP/AR processing, reconciliations, and various ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience including close, AP, AR, GL.
• CPA eligibility or pursuit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules for month-end close.
• Assist with accounts payable processing and vendor invoices.
• Perform account reconciliations and balance sheet reviews.
• Support AR activities, cash application, and collections follow-up.
• Respond to audit requests and assist with internal controls.
• Maintain documentation and support GAAP compliance.
