The role:

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting and mentoring your team to uphold high standards
• Managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and ensuring adequate coverage
• Maintaining food, health and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
